Getting Started and Using The Gathering Field Collective Well

This community is designed to support growth through shared wisdom, intentional connection, and good stewardship. When we use the space well, everyone benefits.

Complete Your Profile First

Begin by filling out your bio and adding a photo. This helps others know who you are, what you are building, and how they can best support you. A complete profile makes connection easier, collaboration more natural, and participation more meaningful.

Identify Your Current Season of Growth

You do not need to be everywhere in this community. Take time to identify where you are right now and where you would like to go. Choose the circles that align with your current focus and give yourself permission to begin there. Growth happens best when attention is focused, not scattered.

How to Use Circles Well

Circles are where deeper conversations and focused growth happen. Use circles to ask questions, share insight, and engage around Message, Voice, Platform, collaboration, and encouragement. Read existing posts before starting a new one so you can glean what has already been shared. When you post, offer context so others can serve you well.

How to Use the Feed

The feed is for general connection, updates, reflections, and community-wide conversation. Use it to stay connected without needing to post everywhere. The feed helps you remain aware of what is happening across the community while circles remain the place for focused discussion.

How to Use Challenges

Challenges are designed to create shared momentum and practical progress. If you join a challenge, commit to participating as you are able. These spaces work best when members engage with intention, encourage one another, and follow through on what they start.

Spend Time in The Gathering Field

The Gathering Field is the heart of the community. This is a place to come for encouragement, strength, and perspective, especially when you feel stuck or weary. It is also a place to leave encouragement behind for others. When you experience clarity, breakthrough, renewed confidence, or hard-won insight, leave it here intentionally so others can glean from it when they need it most.

Collaboration and Accountability

Visit the accountability and collaboration circle to find partners you can connect with regularly. This is where shared momentum is built through honest wins, intentional pauses, and mutual support. Take time to read profiles, respond thoughtfully, and build trust over time.

Pop-Up Q&A, Networking, and Co-Working Sessions

Q&A sessions, networking gatherings, and co-working sessions are offered as pop-up opportunities. You will be notified by email when these are scheduled. You can also watch for them inside the community by checking the Meetups section.

To attend, mark yourself as going, secure your seat, and add the event to your calendar so you do not miss it. Stewarding your time well includes showing up when you commit to attend. This is how we do things Kingdom style.

If something comes up and you need to reschedule, please unmark your going status as soon as possible so space can be opened for others.

How to Receive and Give the Most Value

This community thrives on contribution, not consumption. Give insight when you can. Ask questions with humility. Encourage others freely. Read generously. Share thoughtfully. When you lead in service, you will also receive better service in return.

Read the Community Guidelines

Be sure to read the community guidelines and best practices in full. They exist to protect the culture, ensure safety, and help everyone receive the greatest benefit from this space. Understanding and honoring these guidelines allows you to serve others well and be served well in return.

Grow and Steward Together

Leadership here does not require a title or a certain level of success. If you have moved forward at all, you have something to offer. Steward this space with care, show up with integrity, and help make The Gathering Field Collective a place where growth, encouragement, and wisdom multiply.
