Together, we build your foundation with a polished media kit, lead magnets, funnels, and a backend offer, then execute a targeted podcast tour that places you on 50+ aligned shows, converting interviews into book sales, list growth, and long-term revenue. Unlike agencies that stop at “placements,” this program combines done-for-you bookings with strategic coaching, tested copy, and monetization systems, ensuring your book launch doesn’t just make noise; it creates lasting momentum, income, and opportunities well beyond release week.

How we will work together each month (8 months)

Each Month 1-8 Overview
  • Live Monthly Strategy Session (90 min) 
  • Review KPIs, what’s done, what’s next, and any tweaks.

  • Align the month’s booking targets, offers, CTAs, copy, and content creation plan.

  • Confirm assets/approvals needed and deadlines.

    (We schedule the next month's call before we end the current one.)

Done-For-You (DFY)

  • I create/deliver strategy, copy, templates, pitches, bookings, assets, and reports as outlined below.

Client Deliverables

  • You provide assets/approvals so I can execute: brand kit items, availability windows, access (email platform, scheduler), and quick reviews (48–72 hrs).

  • Craft Reader Clarity & Positioning Framework (core promise, one-liner, bio variants)
  • Opt-in & CTA menu: 5–8 lead-magnet concepts + draft copy for 2–3 best ideas
  • Welcome sequence outline (map emails, subject lines, CTAs)
  • Scheduler workflow set up + copy (decide default: hosts book directly on your calendar; optional: route through me)
  • Provide content prompts for short posts/reels about “book coming soon” + list growth

  • Manuscript/synopsis + key themes
  • Scheduler link (or permission to set one up) & booking preference (direct-to-you or via me)

  • Add “invite us back post-publish” language to outreach

Notes on Bookings Strategy
  • Months 1–4: small→medium shows (skew medium as you sharpen on-air) + ask for second interview post-publish (for once the book is published!)
