What Is A Kingdom Coach?
A Kingdom Coach is a service-based coach or even teacher with a Kingdom focus, that has been called, by the Lord God, to walk in their purpose, while making a Kingdom difference in the lives of others for the glory of the Lord.
What Is A Mastermind?
A Mastermind is the secret sauce of the successful and wealthy. It is used to accelerate growth, get unstuck, level up, and build powerhouse connections!
It is a gathering of like-minded individuals who share common values, goals, and collaborations to gain clarity, stay accountable, and take action so they can maintain momentum in their lives and businesses, both internally and externally.
Each person shares skillsets and gifts with the community. Where one might lack, another might excel, and this is the superpower of a Mastermind.
You CANNOT stay STUCK in a Mastermind.
Everyone's areas of struggle will be acknowledged by the mastermind community, and everyone will pour into that struggle, to help each person succeed, overcome and scale.
After securing your seat, and attending the first session, you will receive a schedule of next and upcoming meetings.
Each session will currently be done by zoom session and the recordings will be made accessible to you.
At this time we are only filling 20 seats to establish our founding members.
This will be a closed group for the next 3-6 months.
What It Means To Obtain A Seat:
A place at this Kingdom table will give you access to a community of like-minded believers who are not just high-ticket coaches but successful teachers and mentors of Kingdom principles.
As Kingdom Coaches, we are "discipling" others for the Kingdom.
To obtain a seat means you are a Kingdom-focused coach or teacher with a business that has monetized successfully and you are seeking to scale and grow to the next level, financially and spiritually.
This Mastermind will connect you to others in your current success level and higher, who coach according to the Kingdom Way.
We are not called to walk alone, but as one body, in Christ.
We are called to mentor, share, pour into and unify in all that we do as Believers in Jesus. As you pour into others, and they pour into you, you will discover a new level of growth and prosperity. You will bridge the gap in another while they build a bridge with you. Just because you're a pro doesn’t mean you now have to walk alone.

Each Mastermind Session
Each Mastermind session will be 10-3 pm one day a month via Zoom.
(Monthly Schedules will be emailed to Community.)
We plan on opening meetings with prayer and on occasion a guest pro coach, (You are invited to teach as well) who will share skills and scale techniques with the group and hold a short QnA after. 60min total.
Each person will then have 6 minutes to share their struggles and needs, wins, prayer requests and then receive 6 min of feedback from all who can offer wisdom, counsel, experience, or constructive critiques.
If any ideas go over time, the members will be requested to turn in their feedback via our private community.
The goal of these sessions will be to help you gain the support, counsel, wisdom, and collective experience of others in your field, so you can grow and scale at an accelerated rate.

We are a community of Like-minded sons and daughters who move in obedience and faith, to heal, equip, lead and prosper each other's Kingdom callings through collaborations, sharing, and connecting. Then we can go out again to disciple, witness, sharpen and nurture those we are called to pour into.
There are currently only 20 seats to be filled in this mastermind and then we will be sealed for a limited time until each member scales to the next level of success.
We are starting with 20 to create a strong foundation of those who can stand in the seats of mentorship and wisdom for the next seats that will open, in about 6 months after our launch.

VISION STATEMENT:
At Reign In Joy, we have come to the humble understanding that a Kingdom cannot be built alone.
That if one desires to reign in joy, one must call on the Kingdom itself, to walk as one body, in unity and fellowship, supporting one another and building each other up
We are called, by the Lord God, to walk in the identity of being His royal Priesthood.
We are called to Reign in Joy.
To do so, we must establish a foundation of Like-minded sons and daughters who move in obedience and faith, to heal, mentor, equip, and launch the Kingdom's callings of each other so that we can do so in others, for the Lord's glory.
We not only do not have to do this alone, but we are called to walk as one body, in Spirit and truth. Ephesians 4:1-6
We are the body, and together we support, uplift, build up, and above all, love each other so that we all may Reign In Joy. John 15:9-17
MISSION STATEMENT:
- Together we will establish our purpose, rest in the Lord, and repair the breach. This is a sanctuary for the daughters and sons of the King who have been building and answering their Kingdom Callings but are tired of trying to do the parts they don't understand, alone.
- Within this mastermind, we will connect with each other to repair the breach, the place you are unsure how to stand in, but another is fully capable of standing in that gap for you.
- The goal is for each member to succeed at their calling and for each member to share their gifting and skills to strengthen the next so that we can all rise, as one body in Christ and fulfill the mission of shining our lights by example.

- I've been praying over you, that the Lord would provide the ones He's calling into this Mastermind and I believe you will know as you read this, that you are being called to partake of this Kingdom venture

Why ME:
- This is an act of obedience to what the Lord is calling me to and the beginning of Kingdom sized scaling and taking back of land, seats, and authority over what we've lost ground on in the previous years.
- I am also a Kingdom-focused coach, teaching how to create, launch and scale high-ticket offers, and walk in the value of who we are in Christ
- This Mastermind was something I sought and was hard-pressed to find myself, and have prayed long about launching this
How Reign In Joy Came into Being:
- I am launching this Mastermind in obedience to the call the Lord put on my life to Reign in Joy in all things, and when I realized that I could not do it without unity I began to cultivate a community
- I've also learned that I am gifted in helping others gain healing, deliverance, and birth their vision by finding the worth and value of who they are in Christ.
- I have seen many brothers and sisters who have powerful gifts but do not yet fully realize the power of their gifts or their ability to scale each other
- This will be a community that will allow each of us to prosper and exercise the gifts we have been called to walk in
- Let us walk into these new things together, as one body in Christ, and may the devil tremble as we rise in Spirit and Truth
