By visiting our website, selecting an agreement checkbox, submitting payment, creating an account, registering for an event, accessing materials, or participating in a product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Those additional terms become part of your agreement with Resist and Roar.

If a signed agreement directly conflicts with these general Terms, the signed agreement controls for that specific service or purchase.

4. EDUCATIONAL AND BUSINESS PURPOSE

Our products and services are provided for educational, informational, strategic, and business-development purposes.

We may provide information regarding:

• Business and entrepreneurship

• Books, writing, and publishing

• Digital products and courses

• Marketing and sales

• Funnels and automation

• Organic and paid advertising

• Platform and audience development

• Content and messaging

• Leadership and personal development

• Christian faith and biblical principles

Nothing provided by Resist and Roar constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, medical, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice.

You remain responsible for determining whether any recommendation, platform, strategy, advertisement, offer, message, price, or business decision is appropriate for your circumstances.

Consult an appropriately licensed professional regarding legal, tax, accounting, medical, mental-health, or financial matters.

5. FAITH-BASED CONTENT

Some Resist and Roar products, programs, communities, and events may include Scripture, prayer, biblical teaching, Christian beliefs, faith-based discussion, and spiritual encouragement.

Participation does not create a pastor-member, clergy-counselee, therapist-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.

Faith-based content is not a substitute for medical care, mental-health treatment, legal counsel, financial advice, or pastoral care through your local church.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Resist and Roar does not guarantee that you will:

• Earn a specific amount of income

• Generate presales or product sales

• Sell a specific number of books

• Gain a particular number of followers, subscribers, or customers

• Receive publishing, speaking, media, or podcast opportunities

• Obtain clients or partnerships

• Recover advertising expenses

• Build a profitable funnel

• Achieve recurring revenue

• Experience any particular business or personal result

Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your audience, offer, niche, pricing, messaging, experience, implementation, effort, consistency, budget, market conditions, customer demand, technology, and business decisions.

Examples, projections, testimonials, illustrations, revenue discussions, case studies, and descriptions of possible outcomes are not promises that you will achieve the same or similar results.

You accept responsibility for your business decisions, expenses, actions, implementation, and results.

7. TESTIMONIALS AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES

Testimonials and customer stories represent the opinions and individual experiences of the people providing them.

They do not guarantee future or typical results.

Results vary, and some testimonials may describe exceptional outcomes.

We may edit testimonials for spelling, grammar, length, or clarity without materially changing their meaning.

We will not use your identifiable written testimonial, image, video, voice, business name, or recorded success story in public promotional materials without your permission.

8. PRICES, TAXES, AND THIRD-PARTY COSTS

Prices are stated in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.

You agree to pay the price presented on the applicable sales page, checkout page, payment page, proposal, or signed agreement at the time of purchase.

We may change prices at any time. A future price change will not alter the price of a purchase already completed or a fixed payment agreement already accepted.

Unless expressly included in writing, you are responsible for:

• Applicable taxes

• Bank and currency-conversion fees

• Payment-processing fees charged to you

• Website and domain expenses

• Course and email platform subscriptions

• Payment processor costs

• Design and software tools

• Paid advertising expenses

• Contractor expenses

• Travel, lodging, parking, and meals

• Other third-party implementation costs

9. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Unless a specific sales page, checkout page, proposal, written guarantee, or signed agreement expressly provides a different refund policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Resist and Roar does not provide refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, credits, exchanges, or payment-plan cancellations because you:

• Changed your mind

• Did not participate

• Did not complete the materials

• Did not attend calls or events

• Did not use the product or service

• Experienced a scheduling conflict

• Did not implement the strategies

• Expected a different experience or outcome

• Did not achieve your desired result

• No longer wish to participate

• Purchased without fully reviewing the offer

• Found a similar product or service elsewhere

Digital products may be delivered immediately after purchase. Because digital content cannot practically be returned after it has been accessed, streamed, copied, or downloaded, digital-product purchases are final unless applicable law requires otherwise.

No Resist and Roar product currently includes a money-back guarantee unless a guarantee is expressly stated in writing on the applicable sales page and checkout page.

Nothing in this section limits a right that cannot legally be waived.

10. PAID-IN-FULL PURCHASES

A paid-in-full purchase requires one complete payment at the time of purchase or enrollment.

Paid-in-full purchases are final unless a different written refund policy is expressly provided for the specific offer.

A paid-in-full purchase does not permit you to:

• Transfer your enrollment to another person

• Divide access among multiple people

• Resell the product or service

• Share account credentials

• Distribute protected materials

11. PAYMENT PLANS ARE NOT CANCELABLE MEMBERSHIPS

When you select a payment plan for a course, accelerator, service, event, fixed-term program, or other offer, you are purchasing the entire offer and choosing to divide the total purchase price into scheduled installments.

A payment plan is not a month-to-month membership and is not cancelable merely because payments are charged monthly.

By selecting a payment plan, you authorize Resist and Roar and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the payment schedule disclosed before purchase.

You remain responsible for every scheduled payment.

You may not cancel the remaining payments because you:

• Changed your mind

• Stopped participating

• Did not complete the program

• Missed sessions or events

• Did not access the materials

• Experienced a scheduling conflict

• Did not implement the strategies

• Did not achieve your desired result

• No longer wish to continue

For example, an offer sold through three monthly payments requires all three payments.

Leaving a community, unsubscribing from emails, failing to attend calls, or losing access because of a violation of these Terms does not cancel your payment obligation.

All payment-plan sales are final, and all scheduled installments remain due unless applicable law or a specific written agreement states otherwise.

12. PAYMENT DIFFICULTIES

If you experience a genuine financial hardship that may prevent you from making a scheduled payment, contact:

[email protected]

You may request consideration of an alternative payment strategy.

Resist and Roar is not required to approve a payment modification, delay, reduction, or settlement. Any approved arrangement must be confirmed in writing.

Contacting support does not automatically pause or cancel a payment schedule.

13. FAILED PAYMENTS AND UNPAID BALANCES

You agree to maintain a current and valid payment method.

If a scheduled payment fails, Resist and Roar or its payment processor may attempt to process the payment again and may contact you for updated payment information.

Access to courses, programs, calls, memberships, communities, recordings, events, services, and resources may be suspended while your account is past due.

Suspension of access does not cancel your payment obligation.

Failure to complete an agreed payment plan may result in:

• Suspension or termination of access

• Continued payment attempts

• Collection activity

• Recovery of the unpaid balance

• Reasonable collection costs when legally permitted

• Pursuit of available legal remedies

14. MONTH-TO-MONTH MEMBERSHIPS

A membership specifically described at checkout as month-to-month may be canceled before the next automatic renewal.

A month-to-month membership is different from a payment plan or fixed-term commitment.

To stop the next automatic payment, you must cancel at least seven calendar days before your next scheduled billing date.

You may cancel through:

• The self-cancellation feature available through your account, when provided

• An email request sent to [email protected]

Your cancellation is not complete until it is successfully processed or acknowledged.

Canceling a month-to-month membership stops future renewal charges. It does not provide a refund, partial refund, prorated refund, or credit for a payment already processed.

You are responsible for submitting your cancellation request before the seven-day deadline.

Failure to use the membership, attend sessions, view resources, open emails, or participate in the community does not automatically cancel the membership.

15. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS AFTER CANCELLATION

After a month-to-month membership is canceled, access continues through the end of the billing period already paid unless otherwise stated.

When that paid billing period ends, access to the membership, community, calls, resource library, recordings, and other membership benefits ends.

Content made available through a membership is not permanently owned by the member unless a specific resource is expressly identified as downloadable and retainable after cancellation.

16. FIXED-TERM MEMBERSHIPS AND PROGRAMS

Some memberships or programs may require participation or payment for a stated period, such as three months, six months, or twelve months.

A fixed-term program paid monthly is an installment agreement for the full term. It is not a cancel-anytime membership.

You remain responsible for all payments through the end of the agreed term, even if you stop participating or using the program.

A fixed-term program will automatically renew only when automatic renewal is clearly stated in the payment details, sales page, checkout page, or signed agreement.

If automatic renewal is not expressly disclosed, the program ends at the completion of the stated term.

17. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

When an offer automatically renews, the renewal frequency, payment amount, and cancellation terms will be disclosed in the applicable payment details.

By purchasing an automatically renewing offer, you authorize recurring charges according to the disclosed schedule until the membership is properly canceled or the agreed term ends.

A true month-to-month membership may be canceled according to Section 14.

A fixed-term payment plan cannot be canceled merely because charges occur monthly.

18. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, contact [email protected] and allow Resist and Roar a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the matter.

A chargeback does not automatically cancel:

• A valid purchase agreement

• A payment plan

• A fixed-term commitment

• An outstanding balance

Submitting a chargeback that falsely describes an authorized transaction as fraudulent may result in suspension of access and pursuit of the unpaid balance.

Nothing in this section limits your lawful right to dispute an unauthorized, duplicate, or incorrectly processed charge.

19. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing the offer before purchasing

• Attending sessions when applicable

• Completing assignments and implementation work

• Asking questions when you need clarification

• Meeting your own deadlines

• Making your own business decisions

• Testing strategies before relying on them

• Protecting passwords and account information

• Maintaining required third-party accounts

Resist and Roar is not responsible for incomplete assignments, missed sessions, lack of participation, failure to access materials, or failure to complete a program within the stated period.

Participants in group programs may progress at different speeds.

20. GROUP STRATEGY, COACHING, AND HOT SEAT SESSIONS

Group sessions may include:

• Teaching

• Coaching

• Strategy

• Implementation guidance

• Troubleshooting

• Discussion

• Feedback

• Questions and answers

• Hot seat support

Participation in a group session does not create a private one-to-one advisory relationship unless private services are expressly included in the purchased offer.

Resist and Roar may limit the length of hot seats, number of questions, or topics addressed to serve the group effectively.

We do not guarantee that every participant will receive a hot seat during every session.

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use feedback provided during a session.

21. PRIVATE SESSIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Private sessions must be scheduled through the designated scheduling process.

You must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a private session.

A request submitted fewer than 72 hours before the scheduled session is treated as a late cancellation or missed session.

A participant may receive one courtesy rescheduling of a late-canceled or missed private session, up to a maximum of two times during any rolling 12-month period.

After the two courtesy exceptions have been used within that 12-month period, any additional late-canceled or missed sessions are forfeited and will not be refunded, credited, or replaced.

The courtesy exception is subject to scheduling availability and must be used within the original service or program access period.

If Resist and Roar must reschedule a private session, a replacement session will be provided.

Unused private sessions expire at the end of the access period stated for the applicable offer.

22. SCOPE OF COACHING AND CONSULTING

Coaching, consulting, mentoring, and strategy services are collaborative.

Resist and Roar does not make legal, financial, tax, publishing, marketing, advertising, business, or personal decisions on your behalf.

You remain responsible for your:

• Offers and prices

• Marketing claims

• Contracts

• Advertisements

• Content

• Customer relationships

• Expenses

• Business operations

• Legal compliance

Unless expressly included in writing, coaching or consulting does not include unlimited access, emergency support,
