$47 Workshop Access Agreement

By submitting payment for the Sell Via Podcasting workshop, you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms with Resist And Roar Collective (“Provider”):

1. Workshop Access

  • Upon payment of $47, you will receive access to the live or recorded workshop on the scheduled date, along with the included free workbook.

  • Access is for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

2. Payment Terms

  • The $47 fee is a one-time payment due at the time of registration.

  • Payment must be made in full before workshop access is granted.

3. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason once payment is made. Payment confirms your acceptance of this no-refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All workshop materials, including the free workbook, are the intellectual property of the Provider and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific results from participating in the workshop. You are responsible for applying the concepts and strategies shared.
