ROAR READY SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between:

Provider: Heather Sudbrock ("Reign In Joy")

Client: [Client’s Name] (Upon purchase)

Effective Date: [Date] (Upon purchase date)

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Company agrees to provide the Client with access to the Roar Ready subscription-based coaching program at the rate of $297 per month. This program includes:

  • Guidance on refining and clarifying platforms, offers, and tech support.

  • Book writing support

  • Ongoing support and assistance throughout the process.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

  • The Client agrees to pay $297 per month for continued access to the Roar Ready program.

  • Payment is due on a recurring basis on autopay each month.

  • The Client understands that non-payment will result in termination of access to the services.

  • If you stop payment or don't make a payment, and the pricing goes up, you must sign up at the new price. 

3. NO REFUNDS POLICY

  • Due to the nature of this service-based program, all payments are final and non-refundable.

  • The Client acknowledges that results may vary and are dependent on their implementation of the strategies provided.

  • The Client agrees that they are responsible for utilizing the support and resources offered in the program.

4. TERM AND TERMINATION

  • This Agreement remains in effect on a month-to-month basis.

  • The Client may cancel their subscription with a 7-day written notice before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if the Client violates the terms or engages in inappropriate conduct.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Client is responsible for implementing the strategies and advice provided.

  • The Client acknowledges that they must actively participate in the program to achieve desired outcomes.

  • The Client agrees to maintain respectful and professional communication with the Company and other participants.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific results.

  • The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the Client’s participation in the program.

  • The Client agrees that they are solely responsible for the success of their podcast tour and any associated business outcomes.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Any proprietary information, strategies, or materials shared within the program are for the Client’s personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of [State/Country].

9. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By making payment and participating in the Roar Ready program, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. Upon purchase, the Client is automatically bound by this Agreement and accepts all terms and conditions stated herein.
