One-Year Podcast Book Tour

By enrolling in the One-Year Podcast Book Tour (the "Resist & Roar Collective"), you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Overview

The One-Year Podcast Book Tour is a virtual service-based program designed to provide strategic support, visibility, and promotional opportunities for authors seeking to leverage podcasts for book marketing. This program includes expert guidance, outreach strategies, podcast placements, and ongoing coaching to maximize exposure and book sales.

2. Payment and Fees

  • The total fee for the Program is $5,000, payable in full before the commencement of services.
  • Or your monthly payments for a year for $497 a month subscription
  • No payment plans or installment options are available unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • This fee covers the time, expertise, and labor of the coaches, systems and support team involved in the Program.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this Program being a service-based and time-intensive offering, all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The time and effort of the coaches and team members.
  • The resources, strategies, and services provided throughout the one-year duration.
  • The non-tangible nature of the Program, which includes digital and virtual support.
  • All add-ons that may be included throughout the year of the program

By enrolling, the Client acknowledges that there will be no refunds, exchanges, or credits issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the results, personal circumstances, or inability to complete the Program.

4. Client Commitment

  • The success of the Client’s book tour is dependent on active participation, timely responses, and implementation of the strategies provided.
  • The Client is responsible for scheduling, preparing for, and attending podcast interviews and promotional opportunities arranged through the Program.
  • The Program does not guarantee a specific number of podcast placements, book sales, or outcomes, as success varies based on individual effort and market conditions.

5. Program Duration & Access

  • The Program runs for a period of 12 months from the official start date.
  • Any support, coaching, or resources provided will only be accessible within this one-year timeframe.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, templates, and resources provided within the Program are for Client use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, or repurposed for commercial use without written permission.

7. Communication & Support

  • The Client will have designated access to coaching calls, strategy sessions, and other support as outlined in the Program details.
  • All inquiries and communications must be conducted through the appropriate channels specified upon enrollment.

8. Agreement Acknowledgment

By completing the payment and enrolling in the One-Year Podcast Book Tour, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
