Partnership Agreement
Between Advantage Books and Resist and Roar Collective with Reign In Joy Creatives
This Agreement outlines the understanding between Advantage Books (“Partner”) and the Resist and Roar Collective with Reign In Joy Creatives (“Provider”) regarding sponsored client access to the coaching program.
This collaboration allows Advantage Books to offer added value to their publishing clients by covering the first month of access to the Resist and Roar Collective Monthly Coaching Program with Reign In Joy Creatives, available in once-a-month or twice-a-month coaching tiers. This program is designed to help Christian authors build their platforms, grow their audience, and expand the reach of their message to support book sales, impact, and income.
Advantage Books will submit a one-time payment per author through the designated payment portal.
This payment covers the first 30 days of coaching access for that specific client.
Once payment is made, the Resist and Roar Collective with Reign In Joy Creatives will provide a private enrollment link for the author to activate their access.
Each payment made represents an agreement to these terms for that individual client; there is no minimum number of purchases required.
After Advantage Books completes payment, the author will register through the Resist and Roar enrollment portal.
During enrollment, the author will be required to enter a valid credit card to activate access.
No charge will occur during the first 30 days, as that month is covered by Advantage Books.
After the 30-day trial, the author’s card will be automatically billed monthly on the same day of their original enrollment unless they cancel.
Authors may cancel at any time, but cancellations must occur before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
By enrolling, the author agrees to manage and continue payments directly with Resist and Roar Collective with Reign In Joy Creatives after the initial month.
This agreement is secured and activated upon each individual payment made by Advantage Books.
No ongoing purchase commitment or quantity guarantee is required.
Payments are non-refundable once coaching access is granted.
Sign-up links are to be used only for the specific client whose month has been prepaid.
This is a non-exclusive partnership, and both parties may collaborate with others.
The agreement remains open and in effect as long as it serves both parties.
Either party may discontinue participation at any time; however, all previously purchased client access will be honored.
Terms may be updated as needed with a written agreement.
By submitting payment through the designated portal, Advantage Books acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this agreement.
