1. Parties

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:

• Provider: [Your Business Name], hereafter referred to as “Company,” “Coach,” or “Provider.”

• Client: The individual or entity purchasing the Booked to Banked Author Launch Program, hereafter referred to as “Client.”

2. Program Description

The Booked to Banked Author Launch (8-Month Program) is a high-touch service designed to support Christian authors in launching and scaling their book sales through podcast guesting, platform building, and strategic business development.

The program includes but is not limited to:

• Monthly strategy sessions with the Provider

• Customized launch planning and execution

• Podcast tour booking (curated, vetted, and managed)

• Growth tracking and adjustments based on results

• Support in positioning offers, CTAs, and sales funnels tied to book promotions

3. Payment Terms

• The total investment for this program is $17,600 USD, payable in 8 monthly installments of $2,200 USD each.

• Payments are automatically billed each month for the duration of the 8-month program.

• Payment must be made via approved payment methods (credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or Kajabi Payments).

• No services will begin until the first installment has been received.

• Missed or late payments may result in suspension of services until payments are current.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

• Due to the high-touch and customized nature of this program, there are no refunds, cancellations, or money-back guarantees under any circumstances.

• Work begins immediately upon enrollment, and the Client acknowledges that value is delivered from the start, whether or not the Client chooses to engage fully in the program.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time.

• Provide required information, materials, and approvals promptly.

• Implement agreed strategies and remain engaged for the program duration.

• Be responsible for their own results, recognizing that outcomes may vary based on effort, industry factors, and market conditions.

• Rescheduling Policy: The Client may reschedule sessions up to four (4) times during the program term. Any reschedules beyond this limit will be forfeited and not carried over, refunded, or replaced.

• No-Show Policy: If the Client fails to attend a scheduled session without at least 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

6. Company Responsibilities

The Provider agrees to:

• Deliver services outlined in Section 2 to the best of their professional ability.

• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive Client information.

• Provide strategic support, resources, and tools necessary to fulfill the program scope.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, templates, and frameworks shared by the Provider remain the intellectual property of the Provider and may not be resold, republished, or shared outside the scope of this program.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Client acknowledges that the Provider makes no guarantees regarding financial outcomes, book sales, media bookings, or business results. The Client assumes full responsibility for implementing strategies and understands that results depend on many factors outside the Provider’s control.

9. Termination

This Agreement will terminate automatically at the end of the 8-month program. Early termination by the Client does not release them from financial obligation for the full program fee.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements regarding this program. No amendment shall be valid unless made in writing and agreed to by both parties.
