These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Resist And Roar Collective, including ResistAndRoar.com and any related pages, checkout pages, communities, courses, products, services, events, content, and communications (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Resist And Roar Collective (“Resist And Roar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in the Services unless a parent or legal guardian is purchasing and approving your participation. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Changes to These Terms
   We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Purchases, Payments, and Billing
   When you purchase a product or service, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

We use third party payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, SamCart, and Kajabi Payments. Your payment may also be subject to the payment processor’s terms.

If you enroll in a subscription, membership, or payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the terms displayed at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains active and able to be charged.

If a payment fails, we may pause or revoke access to the Services until the account is brought current.

4. Subscriptions, Memberships, and Cancellation
   If you join a monthly or annual subscription or membership, it renews automatically unless canceled.

You may cancel by signing into your account where the subscription was purchased or by emailing us at [email protected] .

Cancellation stops future charges. It does not retroactively refund prior payments.

If you cancel, access typically continues until the end of your current billing period unless the specific offer states otherwise at checkout.

5. Refund Policy
   All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for any products or services, including but not limited to digital products, PDFs, trainings, micro courses, courses, memberships, communities, coaching, and virtual or live events, unless otherwise required by law.

We encourage a committed mindset when you choose to join because we want you to implement and get results.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
   If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may immediately suspend access to the Services and any associated accounts, content, communities, and logins.

We reserve the right to provide evidence to the payment processor, including purchase details, access logs, delivery records of digital products, and communications.

You agree that attempting a chargeback as a way to avoid our no refund policy is a violation of these Terms.

7. Payment Plans and Collection
   If you choose a payment plan or annual plan, you agree to complete all payments in full.

If you fail to complete payments, we may pursue lawful collection efforts and legal remedies to recover amounts owed, including reasonable costs of collection and attorney’s fees where permitted.

8. Digital Products, Access, and Account Rules
   All products are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for having the necessary devices, software, and internet access to receive and view materials.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Platform maintenance, updates, or third party outages may occur.

Login sharing is not allowed. You may not share your account, login credentials, or purchased content with others.

Limited spouse sharing is permitted for materials purchased for household use. Sharing with friends, coworkers, roommates, or broader groups is not permitted.

We may revoke access if you miss payments, violate these Terms, or engage in chargebacks or abusive conduct.

9. Community Standards and Conduct
   If you access any community space, membership, or group, you agree to engage respectfully and help maintain a healthy environment.

We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, theology shaming or bullying, threats, hate speech, spam, or disruptive behavior.

No selling, pitching, or promoting your offers is allowed in our spaces unless you have specific written permission from us.

You may not share private community discussions, member information, or confidential content outside the community.

We may remove you from community spaces at our discretion for violations, without refund.

10. Confidentiality
    Group environments may include vulnerable personal, business, or spiritual conversations. You agree to keep what others share confidential and not disclose it outside the Services.

We cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality, but we do enforce community standards and may remove violators when violations are reported.

11. Education Only, No Professional Advice
    Our Services provide education, training, and coaching. We do not provide medical, mental health, therapy, legal, or financial advice.

You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including income, sales, publishing results, platform growth, or business performance.

If we discuss biblical teaching, spiritual growth, healing, or transformation, you understand this is educational and faith based content and not a substitute for licensed professional care.

12. Intellectual Property
    All content provided through the Services, including videos, PDFs, worksheets, trainings, scripts, templates, frameworks, course materials, recordings, branding, and written content, is owned by Resist And Roar Collective or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non transferable, non exclusive license to access and use purchased materials for your personal use or internal business use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or share our materials, in whole or in part, except for limited spouse sharing as stated above.

You may not upload our materials to public platforms, shared drives, or group spaces.

You may not create derivative products that compete with or replicate our materials.

13. Recording and Consent
    Live trainings, coaching calls, and group sessions may be recorded and made available as replays to participants unless stated otherwise.

By participating, you consent to being recorded, including your voice, video, chat messages, and onscreen participation.

You also grant permission for us to reuse clips, quotes, screenshots, or segments for training and marketing purposes, unless you request in writing that we do not use your identifiable name or likeness going forward.

To request restrictions on future use, email [email protected] . This does not require us to remove past published materials where removal is not reasonably practical.

14. User Content and Testimonials
    If you submit content to us, including comments, posts, images, recordings, testimonials, or feedback, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display that content for business purposes, including marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing.

15. Third Party Links and Tools
    We may link to third party websites, platforms, or tools. We are not responsible for third party content, policies, performance, or security. Your use of third party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free, or that defects will be corrected immediately.

17. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resist And Roar Collective will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resist And Roar Collective and its owners, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

19. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in unlawful or harmful conduct.

Sections related to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, payment obligations, and dispute resolution survive termination.

20. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

21. Dispute Resolution, Mediation, and Arbitration
    If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at [email protected]  and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree to attempt mediation in Texas before filing a lawsuit.

If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Texas, unless prohibited by law.

Each party will be responsible for its own attorney’s fees and costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise or applicable law provides a right to recover fees.

22. Privacy
    A Privacy Policy will be provided and updated as our Services evolve. Until then, by using the Services you acknowledge that we may collect and use basic information necessary to deliver the Services, process payments, provide access, and communicate with you.
